Coming to Columbus March 29 - 31st, 2012!


Join us in Columbus, OH as we take our most popular PDS trainings on the road. Your team will walk away with a greater sense of self confidence, the ability to implement the skills learned and most importantly influence the team culture to create a positive, supportive, and respectful environment. With the right environment everyone can experience amazing positive growth!


Skills for Effective Supervision - March 29th & 30th, 2012

This two-day experiential workshop provides participants with the requisite skills for effectively managing and developing others.

Topics covered include:

  • Planning and Managing Performance
  • Three Core Skills (Communication, Assertiveness, Conflict Management)

Who should attend? Pharmacy team members who are responsible for managing employees.

Schedule: 9 AM - 5:30 PM each day

 

The Lost Art of Business Etiquette - March 31st, 2012

Create employee awareness around identifying and employing the lost art of social graces, including business communication skills, body language and delivering courtesy and respect.

Who should attend? Your pharmacy's customer facing employees - OR - send your trainer to learn the material and present it to the entire team in your home office

Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM

 

Cost for Trainings:

We have worked diligently to structure the pricing for these trainings in a way that is affordable for our members and covers the added cost to send a certified trainer(s) from West Palm Beach.

If you have chosen Training as part of your PDS membership selections, there will be a nominal fee of $75 a training day for each attendee.

If you have not made your selections yet or would like to make an adjustment in your selection so you can take advantage of this opportunity, please contact your Implementation Specialist.


Location of Trainings:

 

Trainings will be held at Hyatt Regency. Attendees will be responsible for all travel expenses and accomodations. The Hyatt Regency has agreed to a special room rate of $143.20/night for PDS Training attendees. Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend this training, you may send a substitute or receive credit toward a future enrollment. For cancellations made 10 or more business days prior to the event, you may request a refund less a $10 administrative fee.
